Q1. What instructions are provided to complete the artwork?
Easy to follow step-by-step printed instructions (with photos, diagrams or explanations) are provided to help you complete your artwork on your own. There is no need to watch or refer to an online lesson or tutorial.
Q2. Can anyone complete the artwork, even if they haven’t painted before?
All of our artworks cater for complete beginners to more advanced artists. Our step-by-step instructions will guide you, including how and where to start and mixing colours and placement of paint on artwork.
Q3. How long does it take to complete the artwork?
On average, each artwork may take up to three hours to complete. This however, depends on your skill set and the difficulty of the artwork selected to create. Some paintings for example can take longer, given the amount of detail that is required to include.
Q4. How long does it take for my artwork to dry?
Once your artwork is completed you should leave it on a flat surface for up to three hours to dry overnight. The paint we provide is water based acrylic, which dries relatively fast. However, very thick paint layers will take longer to dry.
Q5. How long does it take for my creative pack order to arrive?
All of our packs are packed by hand to order and we aim to dispatch within 3 to 5 days of receiving your order. Our warehouse is based in Melbourne and Australia Post delivery times average between 3 to 7 days. Please be aware that Australia Post can experience delays particularly during the busy months leading up to Christmas. Unfortunately, we have no control over the order once it leaves our premises. We will always do our best to try and have your order to you in a timely manner.
Please let us know if your pack is for a particular date and leave enough time for shipping. We have no control over Australia Post times and can be subject to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disaster delays.
Q6. Will I receive tracking for my order?
We use Australia Post for all our deliveries, so you will receive tracking updates, once your shipping details have been raised with them. If there is an issue with your delivery, please let us know as we will have a tracking number to follow up, if required.
Q7. Can I change or cancel my order?
We process each order quickly to ensure you receive your pack as soon as possible. Because of this, an order usually cannot be changed or cancelled once it has been submitted. Please ensure you check carefully all the information related to your order, before placing your order.
Q8. What if my pack contents arrive damaged or I receive the wrong item?
If this happen, we are truly sorry! Please email us at email@example.com and provide your order number and a photo of the issue (e.g. damaged items). We will rectify the issue and cover the costs of delivering the right (or new) item to you.
Q9. Can I buy any additional individual items with my order?
Not at this stage. All our packs include enough art materials and supplies to complete the necessary artwork.
