Unfortunately, we do not accept refunds if you change your mind or there are delays with delivering your item. All our packs are made to order by our team in Melbourne, Australia. We do our best to have your order arrive as soon as possible.
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us within 7 days, if the item is damaged, defective or if you receive the wrong item. If there is an issue with your items, then be sure to take photos to determine what needs to be replaced. We will send replacements for any damaged, defective or incorrect items, at our own cost.
